sampoorna login ചെയ്യുക മുകളിൽ വലത്തു reports click ചെയ്യുക -.>custom reports ->new report .report name കൊടുക്കുക( eg UID based report std 1 ) അവ ശ്യമുള്ളതു select ചെയ്യുക - UID ,full name ,class ,Ad No ->താഴെ class in എന്നതിൽ std select ചെയ്യുക ,തുടർന്ന്‌ select and order the fields to be shown in the report എന്നതിൽ red arrow click ചെയ്ത് ആദ്യം select ചെയ്ത കാര്യങ്ങൾ report ൽ വരേണ്ട ക്രമത്തിൽ select ചെയ്യുക .അത് മുകളിൽ display ആകും .താഴെ save കൊടുക്കുക .മുകളിൽ save ആയ ഡാറ്റാ print എടുക്കുക
